Our Journey So Far
Kanturk Astroturf CLG has travelled so far, have you seen how far we have come?
The group formed in 2019 consists of Kanturk Rugby, GAA and Soccer Clubs, Colaiste Treasa & Social Mhuire Secondary Schools, St.Colemans Boys & Kanturk Girls National Schools, Infinity English College, Kanturk Community Council & Kanturk Chamber of Commerce. The aim of the group has been to develop a 116 metre by 76 metre Astroturf Pitch at Grenane Kanturk, for the benefit of the local schools, sports clubs and other groups from Kanturk town and surrounding areas.
We Need Your Help
To date through various fundraising initiatives and grants the project is nearing completion.
However, we need your help to cross the finishing line. We have organised a fantastic Monster Raffle for the 6th of January 2024. We are asking you to support this project, to allow Kanturk Astroturf Facility to be opened to the public.
